A wonderful collaboration of local supporting local. We worked with Alex's Ugly Sauce, using their habanero-based Dragon Sauce, to create a truly unique and spectacular shrub. Equally delicious in some sparkling water or as topping for tacos and even in salsa. This shrub can make for a mind-blowing salad dressing, or the perfect ingredient for your after-work tiki cocktail. Get crazy and use it as a salmon glaze or over pizza. It's also a great secret for your winter tea, to keep your sinuses open, chase a cold and give you that extra bit of warmth!
