Ingredients: Coconut Milk 75.5%, Onion 6.5%, Yellow curry paste 6.3%, Sugar, Shallot, Fully refined soybean oil, Garlic, Tamarind paste, Sugar, Fish sauce 0.8%, Ginger, Coriander, Salt.

Blue Elephant Yellow Curry Sauce

  • Easy to Cook (2 Servings):

    1. In a saucepan, add 1 pouch (10.6 oz) curry sauce and 1/2 cup of water. Bring to boil.

    2. Add sliced chicken breast (12 oz) or any protein of your choice (optional: pineapple, potato). Simmer until protein is cooked through.

    3. Best served with Thai jasmine rice. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated.
