Goat cheese meets aged gouda. Brabander embodies the most beloved qualities of both. Made from the milk of the Saanen goats in the Brabant region of southern Holland, Brabander is aged for six months by famed affineur Betty Koster at Fromagerie L'Amuse. Its porcelain-colored paste is buttery and creamy with a lasting finish of sweet caramel.
