How its Made: Our Biltong is made simply from only 6 all natural ingredients. After sourcing premium cuts of top-round beef, we begin by trimming the fat off each piece. After the drying process, each piece is thinly sliced against the grain, creating tender pieces of Biltong.
Jerky on the other hand, is blasted with high heat, pumped full of sugar, artificial ingredients & sodium, making it tough & leathery. Unlike jerky, we don’t use any heat, nitrates, flavor fillers, soy, or sugar - ever!
